Remote support
Video and remote desktop into line control units and SPC software. First response within one working day, and we work across your time zone by arrangement.

Assistance
Engineers travel for commissioning, breakdown, and periodic calibration. Overseas visits are scheduled within two to three weeks of a confirmed request.

Spares
A recommended spares list is quoted with every system. Probes, readouts, locating pins, and reference masters are held for the platforms we build.

Upgrades
Older mechanical gauges can be fitted with digital probes, a modern readout, and an SPC link, usually for a fraction of a new system.
